Walkways are a great way to formalise the entrance of your marquee setup, or to link it to a building. They are also a thoughtful addition in the winter months to minimise cold drafts and ensure that your guests keep warm. They are available in 2.1m and 3m widths, where both spans can be built infinitely long by increasing in 3m increments.

Installing the correct type of flooring is an important aspect of your marquee setup. To ensure that you have the perfect flooring for your design plans and the right option based on the weather conditions, we offer coconut hessian matting, carpet and hard floor with carpet. Additionally, all three types of flooring can be installed outdoors to allow for pathways to and from your marquee setup and other facilities.

Pleated ivory lining can transform the character of your marquee setup and is available for all marquee styles and sizes. Our all-inclusive pleated ivory lining package covers everything, from the roof and the plain walls, to the drapes beside the Georgian window walls and the valance. It also includes pole and gutter covers to conceal any internal legs and joins to offer the perfect finish. Another option to consider is a pleated ivory reveal curtain as it is a great way to conceal the dancing area before your evening entertainment begins. They are available in our 9m, 12m and 15m clearspan marquees.

Lighting is one of the secrets of building the right atmosphere in your marquee setup. Chandeliers and uplighters offer a soft and natural lighting effect if you are looking for traditional marquee lighting. For a more contemporary feel look no further than pin spot lights, while white eave lights are perfect for unlined marquee setups. To add a little bit of magic outside, garden lights are ideal for highlighting flower beds and trees, or providing pathways around your venue. Strip lights and floodlights are then important for assisting your caterers.

The dance floor provides the heart and soul of a great celebration, and helps set off the atmosphere at your event. We have three designs or colours; from a brown parquet dance floor for a classic wooden finish, to more contemporary acrylic dance floors in black and white or straight white. Each option can be built in many shapes and sizes to ensure that it fits perfectly with your design plans.

Staging is a fantastic way to offer your band or DJ greater prominence, or it can be used for your speeches and presentations. Our staging is 0.3m high and comes in 1.2m x 1.2m and 1.2m x 2.4m sections, meaning that a large variety of shapes and sizes are possible. It is also fitted with a black carpet overlay and black valance around the perimeter to provide the perfect finish.

Adding starlight ceiling is a wonderful way to invigorate your marquee setup and create a magical atmosphere. It can be fitted over the dancing area, or even throughout your whole marquee setup, depending on your desired effect. We offer black starlight ceiling for our clearspan marquees and blue starlight ceiling for our pole marquees, both of which can be complemented with matching cloth walls.

Doors are most commonly used to formalise the entrance of your marquee setup or to limit any potential drafts, especially during the winter months. For our pole marquees we have a classic wooden finish available in a 2.1m width. For our clearspan marquees we have this same finish, as well as more contemporary aluminium doors in silver or white, all available in a 3m width.”

Thermostatically controlled indirect gas heaters are ideal for ensuring that you and your guests are the perfect temperature throughout your event. They are exceptionally effective and ensure that your marquee setup can be heated quickly, regardless of the weather conditions outside.

A glitter ball above the centre of the dance floor enhances your dancing area and provides a real party atmosphere. It is mounted on a rotating motor and illuminated by two spotlights to achieve the true nightclub effect.

Water weights are the ideal solution for securing your marquee setup on concrete or other ground where stakes or bolts cannot be used. They are easily transported and, once in place, just need filling with water.

Having the correct electricity supply is key to the success of your occasion. We always assess the power requirements for each event by calculating our own needs, as well as those of other suppliers, before making our recommendations. If all you need is minimal power then we can run extension cables to a nearby building. However, if your power requirements are more complex, we can either provide a 63 amp fuse board which is installed by our qualified electrician, or a generator.

If you would prefer the facilities in the house or venue to remain unused but would like to maintain the same level of comfort, then luxury trailer toilets are perfect. We have three sizes available, with 1 + 1 units catering for up to 125 guests, 2 + 1 units catering for up to 175 guests and 3 + 1 units catering for up to 250 guests. All luxury trailer toilets come fully equipped with the required amenities, as well as interior decorations.

Portable toilets are ideal as a more cost-effective substitute to luxury trailer toilets. They are free standing so can be placed where needed, and they come fully equipped with the required amenities.

If any of your guests require wheelchair access to use the facilities, then disabled toilets are an important addition. They can be used alongside luxury trailer toilets or portable toilets, and they come fully equipped with the required amenities.
